"I've never been one to do any formal exercising, but now at 65 and with no core strength, I finally decided to give it a try and found Monica. I've worked with Monica only a short while, but I can definitely see the benefits of working with her as my personal trainer. After a couple of exercises, I was ready to quit, but she kept me going. I have a few limitations and she knows how to work around them while still giving me a great workout. Plus, she gave me a video of the exercises so that I wouldn't have to worry about forgetting what we worked on ( remember, I'm 65 ;-) ).
