Client Rates:

$120 for a 55 minute session- in person or virtual
* Includes workout plus weekly workout plan, pictures and measurements (taken weekly or monthly)

Tuesday’s- 12:00 am- 8:30 pm
Wednesday’s- 6:00 am

Saturday’s- CLOSED

Sunday’s- CLOSED

Payment

For payment, I accept: Zelle, Venmo, Cash or Check

Policies:

  • If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment time, Clients will be charged the full price of the session.​
  • The first sessions are 55 minutes. The first meeting consists of a 15 minute consult, followed by a 30 minute assessment and remaining time is dedicated to an actual workout and homework assignments for the week ahead.
  • Photos and measurements are taken at the first session and bi-weekly or monthly, unless otherwise customized.
  • All payments are due prior to the scheduled session time
